About Me
I am a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Embedded Systems Laboratory (ESL) of the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL). I earned my Ph.D. at EPFL under the supervision of Prof. David Atienza and Prof. Luis Costero. I received my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), supervised by Prof. Hai Wang. My research focuses on thermal modeling, thermal management, edge computing, and cloud computing.
Research Interests
- Thermal Modeling and Management of MPSoCs
- Thermal modeling for advanced packaging and cooling: 3D-ICE
- Thermal management for 2.5D and 3D ICs
- Cloud Computing
- Application identification and performance prediction
- Sustainable resource management of cloud servers
- Edge Computing
- Energy-efficient edge AI accelerators
